My training approach combines behavioural science, adult learning, and human-centred service design to drive mindset and behaviour change rather than scripted selling techniques. Grounded in hands-on experience across luxury retail and CX, every engagement is designed for activation — ensuring learning is reinforced, embedded, and translated into real-world impact. While structured frameworks guide the work, each training journey is bespoke, tailored to the organisation’s context, challenges, and ambitions.

Making training come alive

Training alone does not transform customer experience — what creates impact is what happens after the workshop.  Activation focuses on embedding luxury behaviours into everyday ways of working by building leadership capability, reinforcing skills on the job, and aligning teams around a shared CX vision.  My activation work centres on coaching leaders and key stakeholders to become confident custodians of the luxury experience — capable of reinforcing behaviours, guiding teams, and sustaining CX excellence over time.

Every organisation is at a different level of CX maturity.
